“Ghatna” (1974) was produced by Manu Karamchandani and directed by Mahesh Shandilya for Aradhana Films. The movie had Kiran Kumar, Priti, Anjali Kadam, Asit Sen,Satyen Kappu, Randhir,Jankidass, Ravi Menon, Radhakrishan, Murad, Danny Denzongpa, Shashi Kiran,,Acharya etc in it.
The movie had three songs in it. Two of these songs have been covered in the blog.
Here is the third and final song from “Ghatna”(1974) to appear in the blog. This rare song is sung by Ajit Singh. Ravi is the lyricist as well as the music director of this song.
Only the audio of this song is available and so it is difficult to say how and on whom this song is picturised. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw more light on this matter. Though the audio is over 5 minutes long, still it gives the appearance that the song ends prematurely. Still, this audio is the only one available online as of now.
With this song, “Ghatna”(1974) joins the list of movies that have all their songs covered in the blog.
