Once I post the century post in the blog, I heave a big sigh of relief and tell myself that I am free from tension as the next century post is far far away. So it came as a surprise to me that the next cenbtury post for the blog has arrived. I thought that the previous blog century post had appeared just a few days ago ! How can we reach the next century so fast ? On checking up, I realised that the previous century post viz blog post number 18500 has appeared on 14 september 2024. Today 4th August is the ninety-fifth birth anniversary of singer-actor-producer-director-lyricist & music director Kishore Kumar. He was born on 4th August 1929 at Khandwa (now in Madhya Pradesh). Kishore Kumar left this world at the age of fifty-eight on 13th Octorber 1987 in Bombay (now Mumbai).

Today we are paying our tributes to this multi-faceted genius on this blog.
