“Dillagi” (1949) was a movie with some delightful songs in it. Who can forget songs like Tu mera chand main teri chaandni and Murli waale murli bajaa. These songs are timeless classics.

By now I have discussed as many as 39 songs composed by Sajjad Hussain for Hindi movies. Considering that he gave music for only about 100 songs, finding the remaining songs is becoming increasingly difficult and so discovery of every additional Sajjad Hussain song from now onwards in a cause to rejoice, because the remaining song are truly difficult to locate.
