“Khamoshi”(1942) was directed by R C Talwar for Talwar Productions, Bombay. The movie had Ramola, Gyani, Shyam Sundar (actor), Ram Dulari, Leela Mishra, Amarnath, Manorama, Sundar, Nand Kishore, Himmat Rai etc in it.

If I were to ask you to let me post a special song for a special anniversary that is already belated by six days, as opposed to waiting for 360 more days to post this celebration song, what would you say? And if I told you that the anniversary is really special, extra special; then? I have a confident feeling that you will say – ok, well, go ahead, post the special song, and tell us what the celebration is.
And now, taking this feeling of confidence further, I now know that I have your full support in posting this special song today, no matter that we are six days delayed in making this celebration.

“Shokhiyaan” (1951) was a movie produced by Ambitious Pictures. Kidar Sharma was the director. The movie had Premnath, Suraiya, Jeevan, Kamlesh, Achla Sachdev, Rajendra Vyas, Ramesh Sinha, Nazira, Shanta Kanwa etc in it.

“Jogan” (1950) was a Ranjit Movietone movie which was a big risk taken by Chandulal Shah, the producer, since the theme of the movie as envisaged by him was regarded as a recipe for disaster by leading directors like Nitin Bose and Mahesh Kaul, who refused to have anything to do with the project. Then Kidar Sharma took up the challenge and finished up the project in less than one month. This risky proposition, whose failure would have ruined Chandulal Shah financially had the movie failed, became a box office success.
