We observe that two movies (out of eight) whose songs were covered in the blog on this date ten years ago (on 12 April 2023) have since been YIPPEED in the blog. That leaves us with six unYIPPEED movies that are eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today (12 April 2023).
“Bahut Din Huye”(1954) is one of the six unYIPPEED movies and therefore it is BTYC eligible today.

The movie had Feroz Khan,Mumtaz,Sanjay Khan aka Sanjay,Rajender Nath, Randhir,Lalita Pawar,Master Sachin, Master Ratan, Ram Mohan, Nikita, Mumtaz Begum, Dulari, Kanan Kaushal(Guest Artiste),Brahm Bhardwaj,Raj Kishore, Bhushan Tiwari, Yunus Parvez,Baby Guddy,Bhalla,Mirza Musharraf,Uma Khosla,Ekram Kashmiri, Maqabool,Hari Shukla, Sushil Kumar, Munshi Munaqqa,Sadique etc in it.

Raat gayi phir din aata hai

In olden days, Hindi movie watchers often loved to watch movies telling sad and tragic tales. Personally I never liked watching such movies. I have never watched “Boot Polish” (1953) for this reason.
