On this date ten years ago (12 April 2013), eight songs from eight different movies, plus one Non Film song, were covered in the blog. Here are the details:-

We observe that two movies (out of eight) whose songs were covered in the blog on this date ten years ago (on 12 April 2023) have since been YIPPEED in the blog. That leaves us with six unYIPPEED movies that are eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today (12 April 2023).
“Bahut Din Huye”(1954) is one of the six unYIPPEED movies and therefore it is BTYC eligible today.
“Bahut Din Huye”(1954) was produced and directed by S S Vasan for Gemini Pictures, Madras. The movie had Madhubala, Ratan Kumar, Swaraj, Agha, Kailash, Savithri, Pushpavalli, Gulab, Kanhaiya lal, Lalita Pawar, Suryaprabha, M.K.Radha, Neela, Baby Saraswati, Roy Chaudhary(junior), Indira Acharya etc in it.
“Bahut Din Huye”(1954) had 17 songs in it. Four songs have been covered in the blog so far.
Here is the next song from the movie to appear in the blog. It is a multiple (two) version song. Part I is sung by Lata. It is picturised on Baby Saraswati, with Lalaita Pawar playing a cruel female also visible. Part II is sung by Lata and an unidentified child voice. This version is picturised on Madhubala and Master Ratan.
Pt Indra Chandra is the lyricist. Music is composed by B S Kalla.
