I have posted as many as four songs from “Maayaa” (1961) and all these songs are timeless classics. Now it has been pointed out to me that there are more memorable songs in it. I know of at least two movies called “Amaanat”. The earlier one was released in 1955 and it had Bharat Bhushan and Chand Usmani in lead roles. The later one was released sometime in 1970s and this movie had Manoj Kumar and Sadhana in lead roles.

“‘Chaand Aur Suraj” (1965) was a movie starring Dharmendra and Tanuja, not to be confused with “Suraj Aur Chandaa” (1973) which had Sanjeev Kumar and Meeta in lead roles.
