“Shikaari” (1946) was directed by Savak Vacha for Filmistan. The movie had Ashok Kumar, Veera, Paro, Rama Sukul, S L Puri, Leela Mishra, Kishore Kumar, V H Desai, Samson etc in it.

S D Burman made his debut as a music director in Hindi movies in 1946. That year, two of his movies were released. They were “Aath Din” and “Shikari”.

In Bollywood movies, only hero and heroine seem to have tender feelings seeing that only they get to sing romantic songs. Villains on the other hand seem to have hearts made of granite and they do not have any tender feelings of love etc.
