Saanson ko saanson mein dhalne do zara
Posted August 16, 2012
on:Today (16 august) is the birthday of Saif Ali Khan, known to younger generation as a Hindi movie actor but to my generation , he is the son of Former Indian test cricket captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and Sharmila Tagore, the heartthrob of millions. The parents of Saif Ali Khan were married just after the Chrishtmas of december 1969 and Chhote Nawab was born on 16 august 1970 :).
As is usual with me, I am not much aware of movies featuring Saif Ali Khan since his movies are well after my time as a movie watcher. But thankfully Peevesie is well aquainted with his movies. On this occasion, she has sent me the lyrics of a song from “Hum Tum” (2004). This movie was losely based on “When Hally Met Sally” and it was directed by Kunal Kohli. This song is sung by Babul Supriyo and Alka Yagnik. The song is picturised on Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherji. Prasoon Joshi is the lyricist. Music is composed by Jatin Lalit.
Saif Ali Khan won the national award for best actor for his role in this movie, Peevesie helpfully informs me.
So here is this song which is a “new” new song for me. And I must say that I found this song quite alright to listen to and watch.

he he
yeh ae ae ae he he
haan haan
Saanson Ko Saanson Mein Dhalne Do Zara
hmm hmm hmm hmm
la la la la la
Saanson Ko Saanson Mein Dhalne Do Zara
Dheemi Si Dhadkan Ko Badhne Do Zara
Lamhon Ki Guzaarish Hai Yeh
Paas Aa Jaaye
Hum…
Hum Tum…
Tum
Hum Tum…
Aankhon Mein Humko Utarne Do Zara
Baanhon Mein Humko Pighalne Do Zara
Lamhon Ki Guzaarish Hai Yeh
Paas Aa Jaaye
Hum…
Hum Tum…
Tum…
Hum Tum
Saanson Ko Saanson Mein Dhalne Do Zara aaa aaa
Salvatein Kahin
Karwatein Kahin
Phail Jaaye Kaajal Bhi Tera
Nazron Mein Ho
Guzarta Hua
Khwaabon Ka Koi Kaafila aa aa
Jismo Ko Ruho Ko Jalne Do Zara
Sharm o haya Ko
Machalne Do Zara
aa Lamhon Ki Guzaarish Hai Yeh
Paas Aa Jaayen
Hum
Hum Tum…
Tum…
Hum Tum
Saanson Ko Saanson Mein Dhalne Do Zara aa aa
Chhoolo Badan
Magar Iss Tarah
Jaisa Surila Saaz Ho
andhere Chhupe
Teree Zulf Mein
Kholo Ke Raat Azaad Ho o
Aanchal Ko Seene Se Dhalne Do Zara
Shabnam Ki Boondein Phisalne Do Zara
Lamhon Ki Guzaarish Hai Yeh
Paas Aa Jaayen
Hum…
Hum Tum…
Tum
Hum Tum…
Saanson Ko Saanson Mein Dhalne Do Zara
Baahon Mein Humko
Pighalne Do Zara
Lamhon Ki Guzarish Hai Yeh
Paas Aa Jaaye
Hum…
Hum Tum
tum
Hum Tum
Hum
Hum Tum
tum
Hum Tum
hum
hum tum

I like the song. Raani with a sweet smile and charming personality,
Khan is so/so…
Hope he keeps some morale in his personal life…as being “the husband of but one wife.” the more literally is “one woman man.”.
nothing more to say on him.

This song will lose its credibility if new rubbish songs are included. We are old song lovers, let the blog as it is.

The blog is about songs. The only reason there are more songs from the pre 1985 period is because the average age of the blog being in that range hence the collective knowledge of that period is higher. Enjoy them as songs instead of discarding because of the attribute of year. good and bad songs have been coming in every year since time immemorial(or rather since sound started in movies)
