“Chandan” (1958) was a Dossi Films production. It was directed by M V Raman. The movie had Nutan, Shyama, Kishore Kumar, Mala Sinha, Karan Dewan, Kamla Laxman, Achla Sachdev, Raj Mehra, Randhir, Pran, K. N. Singh, Johnny Walker etc in it.
Today (25 january 2013) is the 89th birth anniversary of Madan Mohan (25 june 1924- 14 july 1975). On this occasion, here is a forgotten gem from this obscure movie.
This song is sung by Geeta Dutt. Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Madan Mohan.

are you sure it’s Madan Mohan.i had seen this movie in 1958 &my impression was it’s O P.correct me if i am wrong.

The music composer of “Chandan”(1958) was indeed Madan Mohan.
