Atul ji,
This may not be a song from the film POSTMAN aka ABHILASHA-1938.
There were 10 songs in the film,sung by Anil Biswas,Sitara,Bibbo and Harish-all songs accounted for with singers, and this song does not feature in the list as per HFGK..
Singer Akbar khan Peshawari was famous in those days for singing film songs for which No Records were issued. You will find atleast 50 such songs sung by him from different films of early 30s. Some songs of Akbar peshavari are already posted on this Blog also.
I guess this must be a song from either a private shayar or a deleted song from some film (including postman,may be).
This song does not appear in the song list of HFGK I volume giving all songs of the 30s.

Sir, thanks for sharing your views. I do not find any info on myswar.com which I mentioned in the mail while sharing this song to Atul ji. I think we need to find more authentic info on this.

Sir, thanks !!! so far ‘jai ambe gauri maiyya’ from the ‘1937-DUNIYA NA MAANE’ posted on 09.10.13 on our blog, is the oldest one song from me.
