Dear Atul ji,
Thanks for the write up and posting the song and thereby covering all the songs of Mujhe Jeene Do, a superb film embellished with excellent acting of Waheeda Rahman and Sunil Dutt and, of course, the music of Jaidev.
It transported me back to 1963, when our gang of friends, all in their teens, had been regularly bunking college classes to watch movies on the sly.
We watched the film at least 3 times in its first 2 weeks. I am, therefore, able to fill in some details about the picturisation of this song.
The song was picturised on Rajendranath in the garb of a woman trying to entice the gang of dacoits who are drinking and making merry in their den in the absence of their chief Sunil Dutt.
In the scene, the main dacoit is villain Siddhu, who does not like the supremacy of Sunil Dutt and later goes on to rebel and challenge him.

Thanks for pointing out the incorrect song count in the movie. I have now corrected it.

There is no video link of the full song as only a very short part of the song seems to have been picturised in the film. Partial video link:
