#the Decade of Sixties – 1961 – 1970 #

The song being presented in this post is a song from a movie released in the year ‘1965’. Regulars on the blog would remember that our Respected Sudhir ji had started a series called ‘missing movies of the sixties’ where songs from till then unrepresented movies were introduced. These songs were rare songs that were difficult to find and many of them were not not available online at that time.
I have noted in one of myrecent posts that many songs which were not available ten years back have since become available online thanks of the efforts of music lovers.
Today I came across one such movie viz ‘Chaar Chakram’ from ‘1965’ which had made its debut on the blog on 18.01.2018 under ‘Missing Films of 1960s’.
Today we will be adding the second song from this movie on the blog. Incidentally we are adding this second song exactly five years aftter the movie made its debut on the blog blog. If there was a ‘blog five year challenge’ then this would nicely fit int that category. 🙂
“Chaar Chakram” was directed by Sultan for ‘P.M. Pictures’.
It had Leela Kumar, Shyam Kumar, Tun Tun, S.K. Prem, Anjum, Fazalkhan, Kenny, Bob, Butter, Jilani, Ajit, Harun, A. Siddiqui, Hamida, Sabina, Lawrence, Chand, Doctor, Dawood, Amir, Mohammad Sandow, Ahmed, Zeenat, Puroshottam, Bhai Das, Iqbal and others.
This movie has four songs as per following details.
All the four songs of ‘Chaar Chakram-1965’ were written by Anjaan music was composed by Suresh-Talwar.
