Kamsune/Unsune songs of Asha Bhosle – 115
This is the second of the back to back rare song of Asha Bhosle from “Bandagi” (1972). This song is “Bade Anadi Seedhe Saadhe” it is written by Rajinder Krishan and composed by Shankar Jaikishan.
“Bandagi” (1972) was directed by K Shankar for MCR Films, Madras. The movie had Vinod Mehra, Sandhya Roy, Madan Puri, Sujit Kumar, Ramesh Deo, Sundar, Birbal, Shivraj, Prem Kumar, Gemini Balu, Indira Bansal, Shammi, Shabnam, Pandhari Bai, Padma Khanna, Jagdeep etc in it.
Story:
Bandagi (1972) is a romantic film that tells the story of Darpan (Vinod Mehra), a sincere and idealistic young man, and Aarti (Sandhya Roy), the woman he loves deeply. Their romance blossoms despite differences in their social circumstances, and they dream of building a life together. However, their happiness is threatened by powerful and selfish individuals who seek to separate them for their own interests.
Aarti’s life becomes entangled in family obligations, misunderstandings, and the manipulations of those around her. Darpan must struggle against social prejudice, greed, and deception to protect their relationship. As the story progresses, the lovers face a series of emotional trials that test their faith, loyalty, and devotion to one another.
The title Bandagi—meaning “devotion” or “worship”—reflects the film’s central theme: steadfast love and selfless sacrifice. After numerous obstacles, revelations expose the villains’ schemes, and truth ultimately prevails. The film concludes with the triumph of genuine love and the reunion of the separated lovers.
This is the fourth song of this album to be posted on this blog.

Lyrics
bade anaadee seedhe saade
ho sanam tum bhole bhaale
khade khade kya soch rahe ho
deewaane ho deewaane
bade anaadee seedhe saade
ho sanam tum bhole bhaale
khade khade kya soch rahe ho
deewaane ho deewaane
baithho baithho
garam garam sofon ka matlab samjhaaoon
aah

baithho baithho garam garam sofon ka matlab samjhaaoon
roop rang se kaise khela
jaata hai yeh sikhlaaoon
tanhaayee mein bhee tum hamse begaane ho
Aao na
