The song under discussion today is from film ‘Sharada’, one of the hit films of 1957. What a year 1957 was ! In the Golden Era of the Hindi Film Music, the year 1957 would go down as the best year, which provided everlasting songs from musical films. I have in one of my earlier posts mentioned this that music lovers like me always have songs playing in their mind. Or some incidents/memories will always bring some song to mind (that is what I think). For me many things / situations time to time bring me to some song, or it will remind me of some song that I would have listened earlier may be years before or a song which is lying dormant in my memory.

This is the tenth independence day for the blog. In addition, we have also had nine republic days. We have discussed a few patriotic songs on all these 17 national days.
