We are moving a bit away from the Rare/Rarely Heard song series of Asha Bhosle and turn to a beautiful mujra by Lata Mangeshkar. The song is “Dil Ka Karar Layi” from “Kundan” (1972). The song is penned by Majrooh Sultanpuri and composed by Ganesh.
I used to love this song after its release and till about the early 1980s when it stopped playing on Radio Ceylon (SLBC). Recently when Atul Ji posted another song from the same movie, I suddenly remembered this song.
