At the age of 5-6 years, you are too young to realise what is going on, and at the age of 15-16, you have learnt to think logically, and you are then required to become mature and responsible. In this blog, most of the songs that I post are from the era prior to 1970. In reality, I grew up as a Hindi movie music listener from late 1960s and entire 1970s, and in those days I liked new songs, which meant songs from 1968 onwards.

There have been two movies called “Sagaai” that I am aware of. The 1951 movie by this name had Premnath, Rehana, Yaaqoob, Gope, VijayLaxmi, Heeralal, Cuckoo etc in lead roles, where as the 1966 movie had Vishwajeet, Rajshree, Rehman, Prem Chopra, Asit Sen, Durga Khote etc in lead roles.
