Rajesh Khanna on screen and Kishore Kumar giving playback on the composition of Laxmikant Pyarelal- it was a recipe for some memorable bollywood movie songs. In addition, this recipe also has Mumtaz singing in the voice of Lata.
The song has ladies as well as gentlemen dancing. Rajesh Khanna and other males indulge in an apology of a dance, but the dance by Mumtaz and other ladies is quite vigorous. Such fast paced dances in almost each of her movies must be the secret of Mumtaz’ s fitness those days.

I was looking for the Lyrics for this particular song for many years,although I knew the exact tune for this song but was missing the lyrics .I am grateful to Atul for the lyrics and now I can very well sing this song in social gatherings

I hope that by quality of songs, you mean the quality of video and audio.The quality of audio and video depends on the quality of uploads at youtube etc, from where these songs are embedded.

Wow…I have been searching for this song for a long time.
I am seeing this video after seeing the movie over 30 years ago. And the song – and Mumtaz – are just as refreshing now as they were all those many years ago.
