Bhaj re madhur madhur naam

on:“Narsinh Avtaar” (1949) was a Minerva Movietone presentation. It was directed by Sohrab Modi. The movie had names like Mahipal, Laxman, Hari Shivdasani, Tiwari, Niranjan Sharma, Shobhana Samarth, Madan Mohan, Kamal etc in it.
I have discussed two songs from this movie in the past. Here is another song from the movie. This song is a bhajan. It is sung by Manna Dey, Lata and chorus. Pt Narendra Sharma is the lyricist. Music is composed by Vasant Desai.
I have noticed that quite a few sources erroneously name Rafi as the male playback singer of this song and count this song as among the 400 plus Rafi Lata duet songs. Nothing can be further from the truth because the male playback voice is very clearly Manna Dey’s.
This song is a rare song. I have managed to note down most words of the song but I have been unable to get the words right at a couple of lines. I request readers with keener ears to point out the correct words.

Atul ji,
Wonderful discovery, such a lovely bhajan, I too am hearing it for the first time.
One correction, the line
“deen dhyaan karo sadaa”
should read
“deen jaan karo sadaa”
Regarding the line
“?? punya ??”
the best I am able to decipher based on the sounds is
“chandra punya-maam kaa”.
Rgds
