“Khota Paisa” (1958) was a Sadiq Productions Pvt Ltd presentation. It was produced and directed by M Sadiq. The movie had Johny Walker, Shyama, Amir bano, Rajan Haksar, Veena, Nissar Ahmed Ansaari(N.A.Ansari), S.N.Bannerjee, Hari shivdasani, Jeevan ,Dhumal, Indira Bansal, Sagar, Munshi Munakka, Keshav Rana, Cuckoo, Kathana, Soofi, Rafi, Jeewankala, SureshKumar, Balaram etc in it.
This song is sung by Rafi and it is picturised on Johny Walker. From the picturisation it appears that the movie was a light hearted movie where Johny Walker insists on becoming a sanyasi much to the chagrin of his parents (Jeewan and Ameer Bano).Jeewan , the father, not to be outdone, sends the servant (Dhumal) to keep a watch on Johny Walker, as the wanna be sanyasi walks off, determined to renounce the world and to become a sanyasi.
Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist. The extremely hummable song is composed by Madan Mohan.

I have given synopsis of this film with the song’Jogia aa aa’ posted on 2/3/2012.
however this film seems to have been missed by me in counting and hence I consider this film as my film no.351 now.

I appreciate your power of observation.You are right that I had given n0.293 to ‘Khota paisa’,but I forgot to note it in my diary and 293 was again given next day(4-3-2012) to synopsis of film ‘Deccan Queen-36’ and this was noted by me as 293rd film,totally omitting ‘Khota Paisa’.
In other words 293 was given twice but accounted only once,therefore ‘Khota Paisa ‘ is now film no.351
If you check list of Films of 50’s,with you,you will NOT find ‘Khota Paisa ‘ in it.
