“Aasmaan” (1952) was produced and directed by Dalsukh M Pancholi. The movie had Nasir Khan, Shyama, Veera, Badri Prasad,Anwar, David Abraham, Asha Parekh, Lalita Pawar, etc in it.
This movie was the debut movie of O P Nayyar as a music director. The songs of this movie, though lesser known in comparison to many other O P Nayyar compositions are wonderful to listen to. They are a refreshing change from the usual O P Nayyar compositions.
As many as six songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the seventh song from the movie.
This song is sung by C H Atma in K L Saigal style. Listening to this song hasa calming experience on one’s nerves.

All songs of this movie have already been posted. The “pom pom baja boley” song was already posted long back.

The only song remaining is also the most famous song which was used as a Signature Tune on Radio Ceylon for the programme BINACA GEETMALA.
