‘Isi ka naam duniya hai’ (1962) is a film starring Ashok Kumar, Shyama, Mehmood & Sahira etc. A few songs of this movie that I have found on youtube are all picturised on Mehmood and Sahira. Only one song from this film is posted in the blog. For the second song from this movie, I had a choice among three Mehmood songs that I have seen. With careful consideration, I decided on this party song, which is also a piano song.
Here is a brief synopsis of the film provided by Arun Kumar Deshmukh Sir :
ISSI KA NAAM DUNIYA HAI-1962 was essentially a family drama, with a little crime thrown in for taste. Surprising that Shakti Samanta directed it with such a low dose of murder, mystery fights and crime for which he was known later.
Motiram is a mill worker(just look at his spacious house !) who marries second time. His two children from first marriage get neglected and Asha and Ramesh run away to (where else ?) Bombay. In Bombay, unable to get a job, Ramesh becomes a professional gambler at the Red Club run by Verma ji.
Motiram is so much worried about his lost children that in his mill, he meets with an accident and loses one arm. Collecting his P F etc, he comes to Bombay to look for his children. One of the relatives of his wife dies and leaves great wealth to her. Motiram now becomes a landlord and a jeweller.
Inspector Shyam, who is after Ramesh, falls in love with his sister Asha. Ramesh decides to get reformed now. He goes to Verma for a loan to marry Asha off. When Verma , who also wants to marry Asha, learns about Asha’s marriage he blackmails Ramesh and demands his money back. In desperation, Ramesh breaks into the jewellery shop of Motiram, is wounded in police raid and is arrested.
Eventually, when Motiram knows that Asha and Ramesh are his children, he contacts Inspector Shyam. Ramesh and Shyam lay a trap and Verma is caught red handed and jailed.
In the end, Verma is in jail, Shyam and Asha are in marriage Pandal and Ramesh in a new job !
It is a Rafi solo, being sung on screen at a party, playing a piano. Sahira and her friends are listening to this song, which is earnest as well as bragging. The lyrics are by S. H. Bihari, and the composer is Ravi. The one song already posted is Mujhko sahaara dene waale . After reading the above story and watching the songs, it appears that Mehmood is Inspector Shyam, and he is having at least three song to sing in the film. Ashok Kumar is having no songs as far as I can see.

Left to Sahira, it is Lata Sinha and another lady is Teresa and the lady dancing for the tune is a young Bela bose.
