Gulshan Baawra is the lyricist. Music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji.

Lyrics(Provided by Prakashchandra)

London Paris ghoom ke dekhe
dilbar ek se ek
London Paris ghoom ke dekhe
dilbar ek se ek
dilwaalon ki Dilli mein
mere dil ko lagi hai brake
huaa dil Dilliwaali kaa
huaa dil Dilliwaali kaa

mukhde pe tere
ae dilbar
Laal Qile ki laali hai
mukhde pe tere
ae dilbar
Laal Qile ki laali hai
Jamunaa ki jaisse
lehar chale yoon
chaal teri matwaali hai
yoon chaal teri matwaali hai
Chaandni Chowk ki chaandni hai tu
dil bhi hai teraa nek
dilwaalon ki Dilli mein
mere dil ko lagi hai brake
huaa dil Dilliwaali kaa
huaa dil Dilliwaali kaa

Mughal baag ke phoolon ki
mahak hai teri saanson mein
Mughal baag ke phoolon ki
mahak hai teri saanson mein
masti hai ye aazadi ki
jo chhalak rahi teri aankhon mein
jo chhalak rahi teri aankhon mein
maine tujhko dekh liya hai
tu bhi mujhe ab dekh
Dilwaalon ki Dilli mein
mere dil ko lagi hai brake
huaa dil Dilliwali kaa
Huaa dil Dilliwali kaa

dekh ke ye Jantar-Mantar
laakhon hi dil kho baitthe
dekh ke ye Jantar-Mantar
laakhon hi dil kho baitthe
jo bhi aaye Dilli mein
woh Dilli ke hi ho baitthe
woh Dilli ke hi ho baitthe
mail sabhi ke mann kaa dho de
India Gate kaa yeh Lake
dilwaalon ki Dilli mein
tere dil ko lagi hai brake
huaa tu Dilliwaali kaa
huaa tu Dilliwaali kaa

London Paris ghoomke dekhe
dilbar ek se ek
dilwaalon ki Dilli mein
mere dil ko lagi hai brake
huaa dil Dilliwaali kaa
huaa tu Dilliwaali kaa

Thanks to Atulji & Prakashchandraji for posting this light-hearted Melodious song of typical Kalyanji-Anandji’s trademark. The duos always believe in composing melodies rather than complex compositions.

The above lyrics & YT link has second stanza missing. The first two stanzas sung by Mukeshji while last in the voice of Usha Timothy.

This is the YT link for full song but contains audio only :

The lyrics of missing stanza is :

Mughal baag ke phoolon ki
mahak hai teri saanson mein
Mughal baag ke phoolon ki
mahak hai teri saanson mein

Masti hai ye aazadi ki
jo chhalak rahi teri aankhon mein
jo chhalak rahi teri aankhon mein

Maine tujhko dekh liya hai
tu bhi mujhe ab dekh

Dilwalon ki Dilli mein
mere dil ko lagi hai brake
Huaa dil Dilliwali kaa
