“Khoobsoorat Dhokha”(1959) was directed by Ram Prakash for Filmistan. The movie had Ravindra Kapoor, Shashikala, Randhir, Jayant, B. M. Vyas, Sunder etc in it. Filmistan producing a B grade movie ! It certainly had fallen on bad days from its glory days of yore.
The music of this song was A grade of course. Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is another less known gem from the movie.
This song is sung by Rafi and chorus. Rahil Gorakhpuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by S Mohinder.

Reminds us of a more famous song by OPN from Tumsa Nahi Dekha!! Can we say which came first?

Tumsa Nahi Dekha-1957. Though S Mohinder was not an assistant to OPN(like GS Kohli) all the same he seem to be influeced.
