Sukoon (peace of mind) was the main motto in her life which, in her view, cannot be compensated by money and fame. When I look at the movie titles of O P Nayyar, I find that he had composed in movies called “CID” (1956) as well as “CID 909”. He has worked in “Ustaad”(1957) as well as “Do Ustaad”(1959). He worked in “Basant”(1960) as well as “Phagun”(1958). He worked in “Farishta”(1958) as well as in “Mujrim”(1958),”Qaidi”(1957) and ‘ham Sab Chor Hain”. He worked in movies called “Kalpana”(1960)and “Raagini”(1962) and for matter in “Johny Walker” (1957) as well. Then there were a good number of Mr, Mrs , Miss etc viz. Mr and Mrs 55, Mr Qartoon MA, Mr Lambu, Shreemati 420, Shreemaan ji , Miss Coca Cola.

“Qaidi”(1957) was produced by F C Mehra and directed by Mohammad Hussain for Eagle Films, Bombay. The movie had Padmini, Suresh, Agha, Anwar, Kumar, Kamal Mehra, Helen, Leela, Raagini, Rajan Kapoor, Amrit Rana, Tuntun, Munshi Munaqqa, Agha Miraz, Nazeera, Rafiq, Sattar etc with Johny Walker, Shyam Sundar and Randhir as guest artists in it.

Today (28 january 2015) is the death anniversary of O P Nayyar (16 january 1926-328 january 2007). As can be seen, O P Nayyar’s birth and death anniversaries fall in the month of January. C Ramchandra (12 january 1918- 5 january 1982) is another music director with both of his anniversaries fall in the month of January.
