Chorus

Lyrics

badhe chalo biraadaron
kisi se mat daro
agar ho maut saamne
muqaabla karo
kisi se mat daro
chalo biraadaron

daulat ne paseene ko aaj laat hai maari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari
daulat ne paseene ko aaj laat hai maari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari

aaye hamaare saamne
jismein bhi ho taaqat
zulmon ke hai khilaaf ye mehnat ki baghaawat
jag mein kabhi majdoor ne ae
jag mein kabhi majdoor ne baazi nahin haari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari
daulat ne paseene ko aaj laat hai maari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari

ab aayi hai re aayi hai insaaf ki baari
tera zamaana ja chuka paise ke shikaari
ab aayi hai re aayi hai insaaf ki baari
har zulm ko
har zulm ko
lagayenge hum chot karaari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari
daulat ne paseene ko aaj laat hai maari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari

ab aayi hai re aayi hai insaaf ki baari
tera zamaana ja chuka paise ke shikaari
ab aayi hai re aayi hai insaaf ki baari
har zulm ko
har zulm ko
lagayenge hum chot karaari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari
daulat ne paseene ko aaj laat hai maari
hargij na rukegi ab hadtaal hamaari

A song sung by C.Ramchandra ji to mark this movie ‘Paighaam’ covered on the blog is the ‘perfect Yipeeee moment’ for this movie (I think so).

Thanks Atul ji for the posts and Congratulations on covering all songs of ‘Paighaam-1959′ on the blog and its joining to the “list of movies-all songs covered’
Thanks to Pradeep Raghunathan ji because of whom I get this opportunity to visit and/or re-visit all songs of a movie which gets Yippeeee’ed on the blog, otherwise I would never have been able to listen to such great compositions of yesteryears of HFM.

CR ki baat chal rahi hai to mujhe khayal aaya>
Since CR and Lata were katty since 1959 how come Lata sang in Bahurani-1963 and prior to that she sang ae mere watan ke logo in 1962 for CR which was supposed to have been sung by Asha. Did Lata still had soft corner somewhere for CR even after 1959?
