“Pickpocket”(1962) was directed by Raj Nanda for R L Films, Bombay. This obscure “social” movie had Jairaj, Nishi, Tiwari, Kumud Tripathi etc in it.
“Pickpocket”(1962) had six songs in it. Three songs from the movie were covered in the blog in 2013 and 2014. After than no other song from this movie has been covered in nearly 12 years.

I notice that the six songs of this movie were sung by Suman Kalyanpur (3 songs), Asha Bhonsle (2 songs), Rafi (2 songs), Mahendra Kapoor (1), Subir Sen (1 song), Kamal Barot(1 song). I notice that the name of only one female artist of the movie is known whereas there are as many as three female playback singers in the movie. 🙂
