“Panchaayat” (1958) is not a movie that will ring too many bells. This was a movie with Raj Kumar and Shyama in lead roles. If this movie deserves to be remembered, then it would be for its music. This movie had music by Iqbal Qureshi. Shakeel Numani was the lyricist.
