Publishing the blog century post brings some anxious moments. One has to worry about the song that should be used for the occasion. It also calls for more efforts than usual as far as writeup is concerned.

Longing, rejoicing and separation become the part of the romantic month of saawan for those in love. Poets, writers and artists have been inspired by the romaticism of saawan in their works.

BARSAAT KI EK RAAT (1948) was produced under the banner of Deewan Pictures, Bombay and it was directed by G Singh. The star cast included Amarnath, Pran, Asha Posley, Durga Mota, Shamlal, G N Butt, Baby Lata etc. I have no idea about the story of the film.
