In this post we listen to a song from the movie ‘Dhamki’ of ‘1945’.
“Dhamki-1945” was directed by Ravindra Dave for ‘Pancholi Art Pictures, Lahore’.
It had Ragini, Al Naseer, Smriti, Ajmal, G.N. Batt, Kalawati, Om Prakash, Ghulam Qadir and others.

“Dhamki”(1973) was produced by T H Shah and directed by Parwez Malik. It was a typical masala action movie of 1970s starring Vinod Khanna, Kumkum, Shyam Kumar, Helen, Meena T., Mehmood Junior, Bela Bose, Subhash Ghai, Ramesh Deo, Jayshree T.,Imtiaz, Ranjeet, Shetty etc in it.

During my routine searching of songs online I came across this film title ‘Dhamki-1945’. And since there had been a film with this same title in 1973 which has already made an entry on the blog, this falls under one of my activities of bringing ‘films with similar titles’ to the blog (so far for the films released before 1980).
