“Station Master”(1942) was directed by Chimanlal Luhar for Prakash Pictures. The story, screenplay and dialogues were written by P L Santoshi and V. Aundhkar. The movie had Prem Adeeb, Ratnamala, Jagdish Sethi, Kaushalya, Jeevan, Suraiyya, Gulab, Amirbai, Pratima devi, Shakir, Umakant Desai etc in it.

This is a song from film Station master-42. It was a Prakash pictures,Bombay presentation, jointly produced by Vijay and Shankar Bhatt. Director was Chimanlal Luhar or C M Luhar, about whom I have recently written on 6-1-2015, while writing on a song from Darshan-41. In this film, for 12 songs there were 4 lyricists, namely Pt. Indra ( 4 songs ),P L Santoshi( 5 songs ), Chaturvedi ( 1 ) and B R Sharma (2 ). The cast included Jagdish Sethi,Prem Adeeb, Ratnamala, Jeewan, Umakant,Kaushalya, Ameerbai,Pratima Devi etc. Story and screenplay was by Santoshi.

Yes, this movie is that old and not much is known about this movie.
