“Do Dishaayen” (1982) is a Dharmendra-Hema Malini movie and surprisingly few people are aware of the existence of this movie.
The reasons may not be too far to seek. the movie had a different story line, and its story was much closer to reality than the usual Bollywood fare. And in most such cases, it spelled disaster for the movie at the box office. And that certainly was the case with this movie.
Since the movie itself is so anonymous, its songs are even more so. There were just three songs in the movie. I got interested in the song “Koyi kya kare chalte chalte” sung by Yesudas, which was regarded by Yesudas as an important enough song for him to play in a “vishesh Jaimala” programme, but this song was just not avaialble on internet.
I got hold of the VCD of this movie and watched that Yesudas song. It was a nice song which I loved, even though I was listening to it for the first time.
This song is not sung by anyone in particular in the movie. This song plays in the beginning of the movie as the credits roll in , much like the S D Burman songs of 1960s and 1970s.
The audio of the song may have been longer, but in the picturisation, only two stanzas have been used.
So here is this song, which is all but forgotten by most people, in case they heard it in 1982 in the first place. For people like me, who never heard it the first time round, this is a brand new song.

@Atul ji – thanks for this reminder once again today, by posting the final song from this movie.
I had a draft ready for the two of this song since 30.10.2015, but had not send it,since going back to the older posts for editing will also require time. So, I was waiting for the right opportunity, which I got today.
And when I revisited it today I found that this song is in THREE parts. (and I have confirmed it from HFGK Vol-6).
However only audios of all these three parts are available on YT and many many thanks to the up-loader for this. I have not watched this movie so can’t say much about this.
I have sent the lyrics for all the other two parts (with lyrics in Devnagri script for full song) if you could kindly add to this post please.
(also one stanza for the other song or (part-2 as per HFGK) is being sent for adding to the other song ‘kisi ko phool miley’ from this same movie.
I like both the songs very much, thanks again,
