Sometimes, when one looks closely, one may be able to have a glimpse of the Assistant music director. When I look at the credits of a Hindi movie, I especially look for the screen showing the list of assistants and sometimes I manage to read the name.

“Bazaar” (1949) was a movie with Shyam, Nigar Sultana, Gope, Yaqoob, Kukku etc in it. This movie may have been forgotten by now, but this movie has some nice songs in it.
