Atul’s Song A Day- A choice collection of Hindi Film & Non-Film Songs

Sun ae bahaar e husn mujhe tumse pyaar hai

Posted on: March 10, 2011

“Night in London” (1967) is a movie that was clearly inspired from “An Evening in Paris” (1966). “Night in Paris” (1967) had Vishwajeet and Mala Sinha (as against Shammi Kapoor and Sharmila Tagore in “An Evening in Paris”). On the music front, “Night in London” had the fast rising Laxmikant Pyarelal.

I have discussed four songs from “Night in London” (1967). Here is another song. this song is a romantic duet sung by Mahendra Kapoor and Lata. It is picturised on Vishwajeet and Mala Sinha. It is intersting to note that Rafi’s voice was also used for Vishwajeet in this movie in other songs.

Anand Bakshi is the lyricist.

Lyrics

Sun ae bahaar e husn
mujhe tumse pyaar hai
sun ae bahaar e husn
mujhe tumse pyaar hai
haan haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai
haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai
tum beqaraar ho to
mujhe kab qaraar hai
haan haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai
haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai

main kyaa kahoon sanam
jo mere dil ka haal hai
main kyaa kahoon sanam
jo mere dil ka haal hai
din raat main hoon
aur tumhaara khayaal hai
tumhaara khayaal hai
tum door jab nahin ho
to main beqaraar hoon
tum paas jab nahin to
mujhe intezaar hai
haan haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai

tum dard do agar
to usse main dawaa kahoon
tum dard do agar
to usse main dawaa kahoon
main jo hoon wo
tumhaari zafaa ko wafaa kahoon
zafaa ko wafaa kahoon
dekho gale lagaa lo mujhe
tumko shukriyaa
dil tod do to
ye bhi tumhe ikhtiyaar hai
dil tod do to
ye bhi tumhe ikhtiyaar hai
sun ae bahaar e husn
mujhe tumse pyaar hai
haan haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai
haan zaroor hogaa
mujhe aitbaar hai
