We have been discussing one K L Saigal song a day in this blog for the last 40 odd days and now we have notched up a healthy number of K L Saigal songs ( 71) in this blog. K L Saigal sang around 104 Hindi movie songs and another 30 odd non movie songs in this language. We will cover all the K L Saigal songs that are available.
Now we have reached a stage when almost all the filmy songs sung by K L Saigal and available on youtube have been discussed here. So one needs to upload the remaining K L Saigal songs on his own to be able to discuss them. In other words, this blog now has more K L Saigal songs than what is available on youtube !
Here is a K L Saigal song from “Yahudi Ki Ladki” (1933) that is not available on youtube. This song is written by Agha Hashra Kashmiri. Music is composed by Pankaj Mullick.
As with most other K L Saigal songs, I find listening to this song a divine experience.

Agha Hashr Kashmiri is the original author of the play “Yahudi Ki Ladki” that has been produced on the Hindi film screen no less than 4 times.

In the fourth stanza ‘madpan’ is actually ‘madfan’ which mean ‘grave’. Kindly correct.
