“Baawri” (1982) is a recent movie by the standards of this blog, but this movie has already been forgotten and its details are not known to most people. This movie was directed by A C Trilogchandar. The movie had Rakesh Roshan, Jayaprada, Yogita Bali, Dr Shreeram Lagoo etc in it.

@ Prakash ji – many thanks for the video of this song. Actually I had noted it when you shared it earlier, thinking it that I would acknowledge after listening/watching this again I did not make a comment then.
But, today it was a very time to start the day with this… What a great composition it is ? it left me with ‘goose-bumps’ and filled with ’emotions’. Khayyam Saab – my favorite composer ! great !

It was in 1989-90 that I first listen to this song when my Boss had brought this compilation titled ‘Jai Mata Di’ (mata ke bhajans) by HMV. Since then I remember this great bhajan, and so I shared when I started sending contributions.
