Rashid Khan can be seen quite often and prominently. He was a permanent fixture in Dev’s film. Like Rajesh Khanna had his secretary; Amitabh had his whats-his-name (Prakashchandra please help) Om Prakash had his some Bakshi(man Friday). Prakshchandra can come up with the list

You are right ,
its Ram.P.Sethi/R.P.Sethi,who acted also directed Prakash Mehra movie Ghunghroo(starring Late Smita Patil, Shashi Kapoor,Waheeda Rehman,Padmini Kapila,Kunal Goswami,Komal)
I remember him from his Hanste Zakham Days where he featured in Asha Bhosle dance song “Gali gali me kiyaa re badnaam, mere bairi ne” with dancer “Chaand”
Ram Sethi is superb in Basu Chatterjee/Prakash mehra venture Chameli ki shaadi
And with Rajesh Khanna It must be his scretary(I am not very sure about this fact)Gurnam Singh/Gurnam
And I don`t know name of Om prakash`s man friday.
With Dev Anand I remember another name-:Ratan Gaurang(One Nepali looking man who is very short, and was there in many Dev Anand movies)

Regading Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor being seen in the company of Helen.
Raj Kapoor and Helen share the dance floor in film ‘Anari’ (1959) for the new year celebration song “Nineteen Fifty Six. . . “, available at https://atulsongaday.wordpress.com/2009/06/09/nineteen-fiftysix-nineteen-fiftyseven/.
Then Dilip Kumar appears with Helen, in the song “Peete Peete Kabhi Kabhi Yoon Jaam. . .” from film ‘Bairaag’ (1976). They are not exactly singing. The song is being sung by Dilip Kumar and Leena Chandavarkar at a party. In the double role, the other Dilip Kumar appears with Helen, supposedly in a different room, while this song is in progress. The situation between the two is short, but very intimate. (Song available at https://atulsongaday.wordpress.com/2010/05/14/peete-peete-kabhi-kabhi-yoon-jaam-badal-jaate-hain/).
