“Jee Chaahta Hai” (1964) was a Mitra Productions Pvt Limited production. It was directed by Bibhuti Mitra.
The movie had Joy Mukherji, Rajshri, Motilal, Jeevan,Shyama, Nazir Hussain, Janki Dass, Rajendra Nath, Achala Sachdev, Poornima, Pratima Devi, Chaand, Lakshmi, Jeanie, Thelma, Baby Farida, Baby Yasmin, Badri Prasad, Rajender, Jagdish Kamal, Master Shahid etc in it.
This movie had nice hummable songs in it. As many as five songs from this movie have been discussed in the past.
Here is another song from this movie. This song had two versions. The male solo version is sung by Rafi and it is picturised on Joy Mukherji making advances on Rajshree who is shown taking exception (what else do you expect). Then other version is a duet version which is sung by Rafi and Suman Kalyanpur. This song is pictrised on the same duo. This time Joy Mukherji is in disguise and Rajshree does not mind his advances this time, rather she participates enthusiastically as well. 🙂 This picturisation also features Janki Das and Jeevan.
Hasrat Jaipuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji.

If I am not mistaken, the movie had 7 songs in it, and we have covered all of them on the blog. Is it time for a Yippeeee! moment? Arun Ji, please confirm :).
