Its Vasant Desai. Taqseem is to distribute (baatna) gham baatna …….uss dil ka sahara kya baatna jiska pehele se hi sahara tut gaya ho

The correct word is ‘ taskeen ‘ . Another usage of the word is here in this song.

I remember NOOR LUCKNOWI has not many songs to his credit,PARCHHAI of shantaramji,and one or two more films,It would be very intersting to discuss abt lyricists who has written for one or two films only.like a very rare song.. Mangne se jo maut mil jaati..frm SUNAHRE KADAM,written by Mahendra Pran,…Ae dil machal machal ke yun rota hai zaar zaar kya…frm.MAIN SUHAGAN HOON byB.LSharma.ALL songs of NAUSHERWANE ADIL were by PARVEZ SHAMSI, I have not read who was parvez shamsi nor written for another movie.May be sohrab modi himself has written the songs name is changed.like MANOHAR KHANNA – M.D of CHINGAARI,wrote some songs for his daughter m.d USHA KHANNA,changed his name to javed anwar .film was SHABNAM.a aspi irani film of early 60’s.Mehmood was in lead role.
