Song-Hamein kya khabar thhi (Roopkumari)(1956) Singer-Asha Bhonsle, Lyrics-B D Mishra, MD-S N Tripathi

Lyrics(Provided by Prakashchandra)

hamein kya khabar thhi
ke tumse bichhad ke ae
akele hi qismat se ladna padega
tumhaari judaai
mitaayegi hamko o o
hamein zindagi bhar
tadapna padegaa
hamein kya khabar thi ee

huye door jaake
tumhi jab paraaye ae
to phir kaun ab meri bigdi banaaye
to phir kaun ab meri bigdi banaaye
ye zaalim zamaana
sitam ham pe dhaaye ae
to hans hans ke us ko bhi sehna padegaa
hamein kya khabar thhi ee

tumhein kho diyaa hamne
paane se pehle ae
khushi lut gayi ghar basaane se pehle
khushi lut gayi ghar basaane se pehle
ye aansoon miley muskuraane se pehle ae
hamein maut se pyaar karna padega
hamein kya khabar thhi
ke tumse bichhad ke ae
akele hi qismat se ladna padega
hamein kya khabar thhi ee ee ee

Thanks Atul ji & Avinash ji

For posting this Asha Bhosle song,

Originally I planned to send 4 Asha Bhosle solo songs from this movie, but instead sent only 3 solo songs,

There is another Asha Bhosle solo song “Chanan choom ,payal baaje mori ali” . That song has got Raagmalikas and other dance related lyrics with it,
which required more time and concentration, So I have dropped that song lyrics half-heartedly, (Whenever I get some more time, I will finish off the half completed lyrics of that song and send he lyrics of that song tin coming days )

Thansk again and regards

Avinash Ji, The tune is familiar. ( Nice one),But I cant for sure say this is the very song that remained in my memory or some other song that is similar.

Thank you Sir ji for reading the post and your comments. I too like the song very much.
Thanks and regards,
