‘Jagadguru Shankaracharya’ (1955) is one movie that is eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today.
‘Jagadguru Shankaracharya’ was directed by S Fatelal for Celestial Pictures Limited, Bombay. The movie had Abhi Bhattacharya, Sulochana Chatterjee, Asha Mathur, Sapru, Krishna Kumari, Ramesh Sinha, Durga Khote, Baby Nanda, Kanchanamala, Arvind Pandya, Helen, Sherry Mohan, Madhvi, Mohini, Lotan, Eruch Tarapore, C.J.Pandey, Devchand, Natwar Chauhan, Champaklala etc in it.
The movie had nine songs in it. Three songs have been covered so far.
Here is the fourth song from ‘Jagadguru Shankaracharya’ to appear in the blog. It is sung by Asha Bhonsle. Bharat Vyas is the lyricist. Music is composed by Avinash Vyas.
