On this date ten years back viz on 15 March 2013, eight songs from eight different movies were covered in the blog. Here are the details:-

We observe that five movies (out of 8) whose songs were covered on this date ten years ago (on 15 march 2013) have since been YIPPEED in the blog. That leaves us with three movies that are still unYIPPEED and are therefore eligible for Blog Ten YEar Challenge today.
“Rangeen Kahaani”(1947) is one unYIPPEED movie. This movie was directed by Anjum Hussaini for New Roshan art Productions. The movie had Surekha, S.Irshad, Dulari, Agha Mirza, Sayyed Ahmed, Bibi Jaan, Khursheed Parwez, P.D.Lal, Maqbul, M.K.Hasan, Sarita, Faiyyaz Begum, Mehrunnisa etc in it.
“Rangeen Kahaani”(1947) had nine songs in it. Two songs from the movie have been covered so far.
Here is the third song from the movie to appear in the blog. The song is sung by Amirbai Karnataki. Wahid Qureshy is the lyricist. Music is composed by Feroz Nizami.
Only audio of the song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of the song.

In the post the film’s name was wrongly written as Amar kahaani, please make it as Rangeen Kahaani…

Please correct Amar kahaani as Rangeen Kahaani,in some places of the posts,it is not Amar kahaani,it is Rangeen Kahaani
