“Darindaa-1977” was directed by Kaushal Bharati for ‘Bunty Enterprises, Bombay’. It was produced by M.S. Gulati. It had Sunil Dutt, Feroz Khan, Parveen Babi, Madan Puri, Bharat Bhushan, Raj Mehra, Shivraj, Mridula, Birbal, Sajjan and others. Premnath, Preeti Sapru, Komila Virk, Lily Chakravarti and Janaki Dass had special appearances in this movie.

This is the third song from the movie. It is sung by the Legend – Mohd. Rafi Saab. The song is written by Indeevar and composed by Kalyanji Anandji.
