“Main Wohi Hoon” (1966) is a B grade movie produced by M M Production. A Shamsheer was the director of this movie. The star cast of the movie included Feroz Khan, Kumkum, Murad, Johnny Walker, I. S. Johar, Madan Puri, Roopesh Kumar etc.

There have been at least two movies called “Salaam Memsaahab”. One of them was produced in 1979 and another one in 1961. Both these movies apparently proved to be lame ducks at the box office.

Today is the day of Rakhi festival, when sisters tie rakhi on the wrist of their brothers. It is assumed that every sister has a brother and vice versa. But that cannot be the case all the time. Just spare a thought for those men who do not have sisters !

Like any young pre teen kid growing up in late 1960s and early 1970s, I was learning new things every day. I would listen to songs blaring from loudspeakers and from radios. It was one fine evening in 1960s that I heard a song coming out from the radio. I had never heard this song before, and I loved the song instantly and unconditionally, as kids tend to do.
