“Namoona” (1949) is a movie that had Kishore Sahu, Kamini Kaushal, Dev Anand and Leela Chitnis in lead roles. In this movie, Kamini Kaushal’s father fixes her wedding with Kishore Sahu, though she is in love with Dev Anand. For one, this song has not one , but two parts. And secondly, each of the part is supposed to have three singers each and as per credits, only one singer is repeated in the other part of the song. But I can clearly notice that these parts have more than three singers singing in them. Moreover, more than one common voice can be heard in both the versions.
