In case one heard a song that failed to take off in the popularity stakes, then there was no way to find out the details of that song. “Hamsaaya” (1968) is a movie which had Joy Mukherji, Mala Sinha and Sharmila Tagore in it. As the title suggests, this movie had Joy Mukherjee in double role.One is Chinese and other in Indian. 🙂 Mala Sinha is the love interest of the Chinese Joy Mukherji while Sharmila Tagore plays the love interest of Indian Joy Mukherji.

I tend to get confused a lot about the movies “Bahaaron Ke Sapne” (1967) and Bahaaron Ki Manzil” (1968). “Bahaaron Ke Sapne” is a Rajesh Khanna- Asha Parekh with R D Burman’s music whereas “Bahaaron Ki Manzil” (1968) have Dharmendra and Meena Kumari in lead roles and it has music by Laxmikant Pyarelal.
