Dubey, Jagirdar, Yunus Parvez, Sundar, Arun Kumar, Pardesi, Albela, Master Rajesh, Chandu Allahabadi, Brijendra Mohan and others. It had Sona, Jatin, N.A.Ansari, Nazeer Hussain, Chandrashekhar, Veena, Chand Usmani, Aparna Choudhary, Smita, Lata Arora, Niranjan Mathur, Master Babbu, Baby Neelofar, Champak, Hari Shukla, Jilani, Maqbool, R.S.Chopra, Gani, Uma Dutt, etc. Yusuf Azad, Rasheeda Khatoon, Jagdeep and Mirza M Baig had made special appearaances. Prayag Raj, K.B. Pathak, Mohan Choti, and Kadar Khan made friendly appearances in this movie.

Hullo Atuldom
A long time ago, sometime in my childhood, there used to be an ad that used to start with “a small & happy family”. The family is shown to be sitting and enjoying quality, family time when suddenly there is a problem in the form of a flickering TUBE-LIGHT. Basically it was an ad for some brand of TUBE-LIGHTS that we used to see in cinema halls. From that ad, I learnt that small things effect smooth functioning of families.

(Gulzar Saab’s 90th birthday 18th August’2024)
Today 18th August, 2024 is the ninety-first birthday of Poet, Lyricist, Writer, Director and Producer Gulzar Saab. On this occasion we wish him a very ‘happy birthday’ today and also wish him a healthy and peaceful life ahead.
Gulzar was born as Sampooran Singh Kalra on 18th August’1934 at Dina, District Jhelum, in Punjab which is now in Pakistan. Their family shifted to Delhi (Old Delhi) after partition. Gulzar Saab had come a long way since then as younger boy and as a growing youth who had been witnessed to the most ‘bloodied’ part of the history of India i.e. partition of the undivided India into two parts India and Pakistan.
