Today seems to be the day when I am stumbling upon forgotten gems. Here is yet another such song that I came across just now. This song could well be known to fans of old songs, but this song is “new” for me.
This song “haay jiyaa roye” is from “Milan” (1958). It is sung by Lata and picturised on Nalini Jaywant, I think. Can someone confirm it ?
Prem Dhawan is the lyricist and Hansraj Bahl composed the music.

It is one of Hansraj Behl’s excellent compositions. Believe you me, the impact of this lovely song in the cinema hall was haunting! Really unforgettable!
