Tarsaa ke na jaa tadpaa ke na jaa

I have posted a couple of songs from “Dilruba” (1950) in the past. This movie, which is largely forgotten by now, had Dev Anand and Rehana in lead roles along with Yakub and others.
Here is another song from this movie. This song is sung by Geeta Dutt and picturised on Rehana and Cuckoo. The lyrics indicates that it is a “missing you” song, but one cannot detect any sadness on the part of the singer and actors. This song sounds almost like a light hearted happy song.
There were several lyricists in this movie, but the details about which of them had written this song is not available anywhere.
The music of this movie and this song was composed by Gyan Dutt.
