“Jahaan Tum Wahaan Ham” (1968) was a movie that was started with Raj Kumar, Feroz Khan and Mumtaz in lead roles. But the movie was shelved due to financial difficulties. By that time a few songs of this movie had already been recorded, but their records were not released at that time.

Today (31st july) is the day when Rafi left for the heavenly abode, and the world of Hindi movie music was no longer the same again.
It is difficult to believe, but it has been 32 years already without Rafi. How time flies !

“Elaan” (1947), a Mehboob Production movie, was produced and directed by Mehboob Khan. The movie had Surendra, Munawwar Sultana, Zebunissa, Agha, Shahnawaz, W. M. Khan, Leela Mishra, Rita, Shaheda, Subhasini, Reehan, Mohammad Afzal etc in it.
